Position summary
Local coffee company based in Nashville seeking a dynamic team member who will generate customer contacts and wholesale leads for 8&R Coffee Company. We are looking for a team member who can execute the following duties and has the appropriate qualities for this position.
What you will do
- Generate new wholesale customers and assist with training of their staff.
- Visiting clients and ensuring their staff is well versed in our product and brewing techniques.
- Assist in the optimization of generating potential online and social media traffic for wholesale
- Assist with all PR and Marketing platforms that drives awareness to the wholesale program
- Set goals for monthly quotas for revenue and profit in coffee wholesale
- Driving sales with new, high potential prospects in targeted markets as well as managing an existing customer base.
- Assist with coffee equipment selection and creating purchase invoices.
- Attend sales development pitch meetings when required to provide expert coffee skills and industry knowledge support on an as needed basis.
- Contribute to company success by understanding and influencing active monitoring and reporting of wholesale partnerships
- Collect weekly wholesale orders.
- Provide regular ongoing wholesale account check-ins through a managed calendar program
- Traveling to meet potential wholesale leads and structure meetings for potential partnership.
Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience preferred
- Experienced in coffee education to develop both practical and online training platforms.
- Passionate about social development through the coffee industry
- Systematic, punctual and a friendly addition to our leadership team.
- Exceptional telephone manager and listening skills
