- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients.

- Presenting and demonstrating the quality and benefits of green coffee beans.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Negotiating prices, contracts, and terms of sales with customers.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborating with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Keeping accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market information.
- Attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote products.
- Organise cupping events where you can present and sell our green coffee to new clients in the UK and Europe. Including the preparation of presentations and proposals.
- Staying updated on industry developments, coffee trends, and certifications.
- 1-2 years experience in Specialty Coffee industry in the UK/Europe
- Effective communication and collaboration with team members, coffee suppliers, and other stakeholders are often necessary. Fluent in both spoken and written English is required.
- Willing to travel when necessary.
