Accounting at Onyx Coffee

Location

Bellingham, WA – USA

Responsibilities

  • Enter all deposits daily into QBO
  • Contact past-due customers and work established collections system
  • Provide weekly reporting and elevate outliers to sales team as needed
  • Due diligence review and enter all invoices daily
  • Responsible for keeping AP accurate and current daily
  • Communicate past due accounts, accounts reaching credit limit
  • Work closely with Accountant/CFO to problem solve accounting issues and further become competent in preparation of key performance indicator reporting
  • Support COO and CEO as needed, coordinate projects, and other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Experience as accounting professional and administrative coordinator preferred
  • Accounting credentials desired
  • Knowledge of import/export business preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks preferred
  • Spanish proficiency preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
