Responsibilities
- Enter all deposits daily into QBO
- Contact past-due customers and work established collections system
- Provide weekly reporting and elevate outliers to sales team as needed
- Due diligence review and enter all invoices daily
- Responsible for keeping AP accurate and current daily
- Communicate past due accounts, accounts reaching credit limit
- Work closely with Accountant/CFO to problem solve accounting issues and further become competent in preparation of key performance indicator reporting
- Support COO and CEO as needed, coordinate projects, and other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Experience as accounting professional and administrative coordinator preferred
- Accounting credentials desired
- Knowledge of import/export business preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks preferred
- Spanish proficiency preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
