The World AeroPress Championships 2021 will be held virtually in Melbourne on 5 March, 2022 at Bureaux Coffee. This is the first time that the World AeroPress Championships will take place digitally, including livestreaming availability.

The World AeroPress Championships were founded in 2008 in Oslo, Norway. Some 120 independent regional and national competitions take place annually in over 60 countries, totalling over 3,000 participants. Competitors have 5 minutes to brew a single coffee using the AeroPress. The coffees are judged blindly by three appointed industry professionals.

This year’s event includes the Wildcard Round: three randomly selected entrants will go head-to-head to win a place in the finals.
