The 2021 US National AeroPress Championship will be held on 18 September, hosted by Indianapolis roaster Tinker Coffee Co. The competition will include 36 participants competing head-to-head until the final winner is announced for the World AeroPress Championship – taking place in March 2022.

The WorldAeroPress Championship is a series of regional and national competitions run by independent hosts in over 60 countries. In every round, competitors have 5 minutes to brew coffee using an AeroPress coffee maker: a full immersion brewer launched in 2005.

Austin Patterson (Green Buyer at Tinker Coffee Co.), Chris Casassa (Catalyst Trade), and Courtney Thompson (Certain Feelings) will judge the event. The championship coffee will be sourced from Catalyst Trade.

Attendance for spectators is free. Other events at the championship include food stalls and live music.
