The SCA’s 2022 Sensory Summit will be held from 20 to 22 May at UC Davis. As one of the leading coffee science events in the industry, the conference is designed to educate and inform specialty coffee professionals using newly published coffee sensory research.

The Specialty Coffee Association is a nonprofit, membership-based organisation that represents thousands of international coffee professionals. The association’s purpose is to foster global communities and improve the quality, sustainability, profitability, and equity of the specialty coffee supply chain.

Instructors and speakers will include academic researchers and specialty coffee professionals, who will lead a variety of workshops and seminars.
