Coffee Fest Dallas-FT. Worth 2026

Coffee Fest Dallas-Fort Worth 2026 will take place from 17 to 18 October at the Fort Worth Convention Center in Texas. The event is a business-to-business trade show, welcoming coffee and restaurant professionals, as well as entrepreneurs looking to break into the specialty coffee industry. Since 1992, Coffee Fest has built a reputation for delivering ultra-relevant and rewarding trade shows for attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors alike.

Coffee Fest is organised by Clarion Events, a global events company with a portfolio spanning multiple industries. The Dallas-Fort Worth edition serves as a key gathering for the specialty coffee community in the South, offering a unique opportunity to connect face‑to‑face with suppliers, educators, and industry experts.

The event features an exhibit hall with top-selling brands from the specialty coffee industry and beyond, alongside over 80 hours of education. Attendees can choose from more than 50 free seminars and panel discussions, as well as paid workshops and hands-on training sessions. The programme also includes dedicated areas such as the Roasting Hub, Cupping Corner, Latte Art Venue (hosting the LAWCO competition), Conversation Corner, and Tech Lab. A General Admission badge provides access to the exhibit hall and all free educational sessions, while the Gold Pass unlocks additional workshops and hands-on experiences.
