The 2023 Vietnam International Café Show will take place from 13 to 15 April at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Centre (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City. The 2022 event attracted more than 200 exhibitors from ten countries, including France, Korea, Indonesia, China, Taiwan, Colombia, and Peru.

Exporum, which was first established in 2003, organises and hosts both domestic and international exhibitions. Café Show was established in 2002, being the first specialty coffee-focused exhibition throughout Asia. The event also includes exhibitions for other food, beverage, and hospitality industries.

Alongside a tradeshow, the event will also feature the 2023 Vietnamese National Barista Championship and the Vietnamese National Latte Art Championship, as well as the World Cocktail Battle.
