Is there anything better on a hot day than a cold brew coffee? The sun’s beating down, there’s no wind stirring, and a refreshing drink is exactly what you need.

But don’t expect your cold brew coffee to taste exactly like, well, cold coffee. Cold brew tends to be smoother, with less acidity and bitterness. This is an unavoidable effect of brewing with cold water.
