Coffee drinkers are often far too distanced from the coffee cultivation process.

Coffea is a genus of simple and oppositely leaved, flowering plants whose edible stone fruit, or coffee cherries, are processed and roasted to produce coffee as we commonly know it. 

El Salvador’s Cuatro M Coffee brings us this 12 hour time lapse, where we can witness the highly fragrant white flowers blossoming after a heavy rainfall.
